Some may say toxicity is the absolute worst quality stress can cause.
Others say it’s the diarrhea and nausea. For some others, it’s the hair loss.
What could be worse than that? Perhaps it’s debatable, but in this case, comparisons are by potential.
The worst quality of stress is that it attracts even more stress. Like the interest on loans and credit, our stress compounds until it becomes a nuisance and then an even bigger nuisance.
All the wonderful problems you knew as temporary will not be solving themselves as once perceived. The only real ways to deal with stress is to get a new perspective on life. To do so, you have to keep an open mind. Have no expectations.
The rest is up to the beholder. First it might help to acknowledge just how stressed out you are.
It is impossibly difficult to influence something you have yet to acknowledge. Reason with yourself. Explore the causes. Put a little energy into solving a problem rather than allowing it to accumulate stress unless you’re a comedian and problems are what you need to write new material.
Once the material is done though, consider solving the problems before they become too intimidating to tackle.
Every human and animal is an expert in dealing with stress. On the bright side, dealing with it is a subjective and relative experience.
What you should not do is angrily blame everyone else for problems they have no ability to change nor should they feel any obligation to.
Good luck everyone. It is impossible to avoid stupid people but you can at least avoid being one.
